These Sourdough Sticky Buns make a delicious vegan breakfast or dessert. They are gooey, sticky, fluffy, crusted with caramel-coated pecans, and absolutely scrumptious!

I am not making a case for the healthfulness of sugary foods because, sorry, there is no such thing. You will need a healthy sourdough starter to make these sticky buns. If you use discard, make sure it is from a thriving starter fed no more than a couple of days ago.
