Now before you go hating on tempeh, just wait a hot minute. I’ve been in your shoes and to be honest, most of the time I gravitate away from it. There’s something about the funky flavor from the fermentation process that’s a little too much for my taste. But on the flip side, that fermentation process is SUPER important for proper digestion of all the healthy goodness inside of tempeh.
