As someone who tries to be conscious of my protein intake, I’m always on the lookout for a high protein snacks to help me meet my protein goals. A few of my favorites include this vegan chocolate protein mug cake and these fudgy sweet potato protein brownies. One thing I frequently crave are yogurt and granola bowls, however, many of the store-bought protein granolas are often loaded with unnecessary additives and oils. As a result, I set out to find a recipe that had minimal ingredients while still packing a nice punch of protein. This protein granola recipe is made with just 6 pantry ingredients, comes together in less than 30 minutes and has 15g of protein per serving!
