This is one of those recipes that’s so basic I’m kind of embarrassed to share it with you. I just threw a few things together that I had on hand and loved it so much that I make it several times a week now. It’s  such a delicious and refreshing treat on a warm day after a good workout. Unlike most of my other smoothie recipes, this one calls for protein powder. That’s because I typically try to get my protein from whole food sources but in this case, it makes for a much shorter ingredient list which is super important when you have a toddler.
