Hi everyone! Today I am showing you what I ate today. I love to focus on balance and eating intuitively and not stress about any particular foods being "good" or "bad". Recipes can be found below and on my website!

Today I tried Tranquini natural relaxation drinks! They were SO delicious and I love that they are all natural, herbal and lower in sugar than other carbonated sugar-based drinks. RECIPES:

Double Chocolate Oatmeal:
1/3 cup oats 1 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup water
2-3 tbsp almond milk (to add after cooking)
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cocoa
a few chocolate chips

Mix together oats, chia and water. Microwave for 1 min 30 seconds on high. Remove from the microwave, add cocoa, sugar and almond milk. Stir to combine. Top with nut butter and chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Bowtie Tomato Vegetable Soup:
2 cups veggies of your choice (tip: use up all the left over veggies in your fridge at the end of the week!)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups vegetable stock
1 15oz can tomato sauce or diced tomatoes in juice
1 tbsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
