Vegan Whipped Ricotta Toast

Your new favourite plant-based breakfast ??
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cashew cheese (I used @spreadem_kitchen)
1/2 block vegan feta (I used @violife_foods)
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Everything Bagel Seasoning:
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
1 tbsp dehydrated garlic flakes
1 tsp flaky sea salt
For serving:
Chives
Chili oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. If making your own everything bagel seasoning, stir ingredients together and store in a small container.
2. In a small food processor or blender cup, add all cheese ingredients, plus a splash of water if needed to blend, and mix until combined. Optional: add to piping bag or use a knife for spreading.
3. Toast bread and spread cheese overtop.
4. Garnish with chilli oil, everything bagel seasoning and chives. Enjoy!
