RECIPES:

? pumpkin spice chia seed pudding:
2 c plant milk (I use unsweetened oat milk or whatever)
1/4 c butternut squash or pumpkin purée
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
6-8 pitted dates
3/4 c chia seeds

Blend the milk, purée, spice, and dates until smooth. Then in a separate vessel (like whatever you want to store it in), add the chia and use a whisk to blend.
Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
