Trying and failing to make barbie bread (help)
Cook with me this week! Making dinner, prepping breakfast, making homemade protein ice cream, trying and failing to make barbie pink bread! All vegan & dairy-free recipes.

Soup recipe:
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 package Yves ground beef
1 (796ml) can crushed tomatoes
3 cups vegan beef broth
1/2 cup orzo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried basil
handful fresh basil, chopped
handful of kale
1/2 cup peas
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup nondairy milk
Chia pudding:
4 cups soy milk, divided
1/2 cup chia seeds
Heat 2 cups of soy milk, combine with the chia. Let sit 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the rest of the milk and stir. Refrigerate overnight.
Chocolate almond butter:
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt

Ninja creami base:
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1 serving protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 banana, chopped
Freeze overnight then process on "lite ice cream" in the ninja creami. We add a splash of milk and "respin" 1-2 times.
