Recreating the salted tahini honeycomb latte from Maman ???

Tahini sauce:
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey or agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt 1/4 cup water

Whisk to combine then simmer a minute or two until thicker but be careful not too heat too hot or it will burn!
