ICED APPLE CRISP MACCHIATO! The drink of the season. So obsessed with this one ???

Apple Brown Sugar Syrup:
8 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

Spiced Apple Caramel Drizzle:
3/4 cup cane sugar 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegan cream (I used Earth?s Own oat cream)
2 tbsp vegan butter, chopped into small chunks
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice

For the Drink:
1 double shot of espresso OR 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup ? 1 cup oat milk (based on personal preference)
1 cup ice cubes (fill your cup)
