Vegan Chinese Tomatoes & Eggs Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 tube extra soft tofu
1/4 block medium firm tofu
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 ripe tomatoes
2 stalks green onion
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
bowl of rice
