FARMSTAND COOKIES (vegan!) ??????

From Stout Ridge Ranch on TikTok!! But made vegan and a few minor tweaks by me:

1 cup cold salted vegan butter, cubed
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup soy milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp corn starch
3/4tsp baking soda
3/4tsp salt
1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 390°. Cream together cold butter and sugars. Mix in milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl whisk together all dry ingredients. Add to wet mixture and mix until just combined (don?t over mix). Fold in chocolate chips. Form into large oval balls (her tip: mine are almost the size of my fist! Smaller cookies don?t come out the same). Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool about 10 minutes on the pan before removing.
