Emma Chamberlain Cold Brew Cookie Smoothie inspired recipe
Pregnancy Craving of the Week! The Emma chamberlain Erewhon COLD BREW COOKIE SMOOTHIE! This is a budget-friendly & simpler version you can make at home! I didn?t really measure but here?s what I used:
Cold brew layer:
1/4 cup raspberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup cold brew
Handful of ice
Smoothie layer:
1 frozen banana
2 dates
1 tbsp almond butter
Scoop vanilla protein
Handful of Ice
Almond milk to blend (1 1/2 cups ish)
Coconut layer:
I used So Delicious coco whip but you can also whip canned coconut milk! I like this one because it?s sweet & the perfect texture for layering.
Cookies:
Use crushed Oreos or if you can get your hands on the simple mills GF chocolate sweet thins, that?s what the official smoothie uses!
Emma?s erewhon version uses some crazy other ingredients that I and probably a lot of you don?t have, so this is a much more accessible and easy to make version at home!
