Boiling your tofu"!

Would you try boiling your tofu"! It makes it taste soooo good and crisp up even better! If you have 5 extra mins to spare when making dinner you should definitely try it!
Simply boil tofu cubes in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and pan fry. The sauce I eyeballed but the approximate measurements are:
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
