Baby J and I make this Apple Nutmeg Mocktail everyday! Inspired by the holiday season and a whiskey sour ? It gets its foamy topping from aquafaba (chickpea liquid) which has no flavor but adds creaminess to the mocktail.
Add a shot of whiskey for a truly delicious adult cocktail ?

Apple Nutmeg Mocktail
Makes 2 drinks
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)
4 oz apple cider
2 tsp orange bitters
Dash cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash Nutmeg 2-3 tsp Maple syrup
Lemon zest

Shake without ice. Then add ice and shake again.
Strain and garnish with lemon zest and nutmeg ?
