RECIPES:

Cinnamon Cereal Bites:
2 cups cereal
1/4 cup nut butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil

Pumpkin Protein Mug Cake:
1/4 cup flour
1 packet unflavoured Four Sigmatic Superfood Protein (about 1/3 cup)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup nondairy milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp oil
- Mix all dry ingredients in mug until combined. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Microwave on high power about 2 minutes or until top is firm to touch. You might need more or less time depending how powerful your microwave is.
Garlic Cheese Pretzels:
2 cups salted pretzels
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Combine as shown in the video. Microwave in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute, stirring gently halfway through. Allow to cool on a baking sheet before eating.

Cinnamon Roll Muffins:
1 cup non-dairy milk + 1 tbsp vinegar
1/3 cup cane sugar
1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet unflavoured Four Sigmatic Superfood Protein Powder (about 1/3 cup)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
