LAMBRUSCO SPRITZ RECIPE
Makes 2 drinks
1 orange or blood orange
2 dashes orange bitters (optional)
1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
3 oz Campari
6-8 oz oz dry Lambrusco, chilled sparkling water to top

Fill two wine glasses halfway with ice.
Add a slice of orange to each glass, followed by the butters, orange juice, Campari, Lambrusco, and sparkling water.
Stir and garnish with an orange slice.
